Raspberry sangrillinis
Whip up a quick frozen cocktail by adding sparkling red or rosé wine to raspberry sorbet
Ingredients
- 6 strips orange zest, pared with a vegetable peeler
- 6 scoops raspberry sorbet
- raspberries, a few to garnish each glass
- 1 bottle sparkling red wine or sparkling rosé
Method

Add orange zest to 6 Champagne glasses. Add raspberry sorbet, raspberries, then top up the glass with sparkling red wine or sparkling rosé.
